Let’s face it. We all want a round, lifted booty. I don’t know if we can blame this on the Kardashians, but it’s just one of those fitness goals we are all share. So, here are some amazing quick butt workouts you can do even if you have a super busy day and only have 5 or 15 minutes to spare.

If you’ve read my review of Tone It Up vs. BBG, you know that I am a huge fan! I love how fun the Tone It Up girls are and watching workout videos filmed out the beach is just so much more appealing than a boring fitness studio.
Katrina has the best butt workouts, and I can personally attest to the fact that they totally work because my booty is always sore the next day. And..they have tons of awesome workout videos for free!!! Just log on to Tone It Up for your daily workouts or their YouTube channel. If you have Apple TV or some other streaming device with a YouTube app, you can also play them right on your TV.
I’ve done tons of their videos and these two of my favorite quick, super targeted butt workouts that will make you feel the burn.
Now, before we continue with our list of awesome, quick butt workouts, I recommend adding these or any other booty workout YouTube videos you like to a “Booty Workouts” playlist. That way, you can always have some ideas when you are ready to workout. You want to make exercise as convenient as possible in order to stick with it. Here’s how:
Go to the video you want to add, click the “+ Add to” button. Enter the name of your video playlist to create a new one or select an existing. Done! Then, to view your playlists, simply click on the one you want from the sidebar on your homepage under the “Playlists” header.

I love having access to both because sometimes you might want to do the workout at the gym and can’t have your iPad out loudly playing the video, so the photo tutorial works best.
I like how she explains how the booty is made up of more than one muscle, so that is why it is beneficial to do different types of exercises besides just squats to make sure you hit them all.
No “I just don’t have time” excuses for this next booty workout because it is only 5 minutes! No matter how busy we are, we always have 5 minutes for a quick workout. Your booty will thank you. She uses a lot of my favorite moves in this workout – especially plie squats. They are killer but so effective.
Blogilates is another super popular fitness YouTube channel. She is super high energy and fun and will keep you engaged throughout these quick booty workouts. Her “give me stripper heels” quote in the video below cracks me up. Like she mentions in the video, she also has a calendar for each month to help add structure to your workouts, which I love.

Kettlebells are one of my favorite recent fitness purchases. I love kettlebell swings and find them super effective. Try them out for your next booty workout. Another great and inexpensive accessory to outfit your home gym is a resistance loop band. It makes each booty move even more effective by adding resistance to make your muscles work harder. It’s like the equivalent of adding weight to a bicep curl.
